Can I get a demo of the ATS?
Yes. Ask for a walkthrough in your message and say what you hire for. The team runs the demo against your own hiring workflow rather than a generic script, and replies by email to arrange it.
What should I put in the message?
Team size, what you are hiring for, and whether you want a walkthrough against your own workflow. That is usually enough for a useful first reply.
I want to report a security issue.
Vulnerability reports go to the security inbox rather than this one, so a report is not competing with product enquiries. The security page has the details and the disclosure terms.
Can I just start using it instead?
Yes. The free workspace is the core ATS for two operators and five concurrent jobs, and needs no credit card. You can bring one role in and write to us afterwards if it raises questions.
