AI Studio is an optional add-on for Growth, metered separately from the plan price. Its usage allowance and pricing are quoted on request.

How billing works

Simple rules, stated up front.

Free workspace: Free has no subscription fee, no credit card and no trial clock. It covers the core ATS for up to 2 operators (Admin or Recruiter seats) and 5 concurrent jobs, plus the in-app help assistant.
Paid operator seats: Basic and Growth bill active Admins and Recruiters as operators. On Growth, hiring managers, interviewers and approvers work through the Hiring Manager portal and are not billed as operators.
Unlimited ATS jobs: Basic and Growth have no concurrent-job plan cap. Paid job-board advertising is not included, and fair-use boundaries apply to applications, email, storage and bulk processing.
What each plan adds: Free is the core ATS: pipeline, CV parsing, talent pool, interviews and scorecards, offers and onboarding, plus the in-app help assistant. Basic adds unlimited jobs, careers page publishing and the MCP connector. Growth adds candidate communications, Google Workspace scheduling, the Candidate and Hiring Manager portals, analytics, referrals and case-study workflows.
MCP connector: Included on Basic and Growth only. Connect Claude as a custom connector with read-only or read-and-write access after OAuth consent, and revoke sessions at any time in Settings → Connectors.
AI Studio: AI Studio is the optional, separately metered add-on for AI-assisted workflows on Growth. It is not included on Free or Basic. Usage allowances are pooled by workspace and quoted on request, with human review required.
In-app help assistant: Every plan, including Free, includes the in-app help assistant for questions about how TiLab works. It is separate from AI Studio. Apart from the help assistant, AI features are not included on Free.
Services and support: Basic is self-serve; Growth adds support from the team within a defined scope. Migration, configuration and training are available as scoped services from $500 to $1,500. Formal SLA commitments are not part of the current plans.
